- Grew by 1.1% (Q/Q), dodging a technical recession,

- Mostly driven by government spending, suggesting BOK may need to cut rates again to stoke demand

- Government spending contributed 1.3 percentage points

- Private-sector activity presented a 0.2 percentage point drag

     - Companies slashed investment due to the uncertain outlook Year-on-Year, it expanded 2.1% ,  compared with 1.7% in 1Q19

BBCA

BCA recorded the highest percentage of net profit growth of 12.6% YoY to IDR 12.68 trillion, due to credit growth and increasing revenue. The realization of lending is 11.5% YoY to IDR 565.23 trillion. Meanwhile, net interest income rose 13.1% YoY to IDR 24.6 trillion.

 

DMDT

Fitch Rating again cut DMDT rating from B- to CCC-, after previously lowering it from BB- to B-. The rating downgrade reflects increase of liquidity risk in the company's ability to carry out principal amortization and interest payments in September 2019.

 

UNTR

UNTR highest revenue contributor in 1H19 is from the mining contracting business through its subsidiary PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) with realization of OB removal volume of 469 million bcm, up 5.27% from 445.5 million bcm YoY. Production realization rose 7.42% from 55.6 million tons to 60.8 million tons YoY.
